Last week I was honored to be a “Thought Leader” at the American Association of School Administrators’ National Education Conference in Phoenix. The topic of my talk was “Leadership for Reculturing Schools.”
An AASA reporter did an excellent job of summarizing my ideas in just a few paragraphs, and I’d like to share her article with you to stimulate your thinking in this important area.
I encourage you to offer your views on this subject to other readers by commenting on these ideas.

Your use of stories contributes greatly to our understanding of complex issues and concepts, like the meaning of culture.
