We often know more about a subject than we initially think we do. In this blog post Jo Owen reminds us of things we are likely to already know about motivating others—in this case creating energy in teams. Owens asks us to begin by looking to leaders we regard as effective, an approach that can produce good ideas and strategies related to many important issues.
